Our Story

Born from frustration with the status quo

In 2019, our founders were working inside a regional health system trying to launch a telehealth program. They had the clinical team, the patient demand, and the regulatory approvals — but no way to get to market without spending 18 months and $2M building a platform from scratch.

That frustration became BlueprintMD. We built the infrastructure we wished had existed: a fully compliant, completely white-labelable telemedicine platform that could go from contract to live patients in hours.

Today, we power more than 50 healthcare brands across primary care, mental health, dermatology, urgent care, and specialty medicine — processing half a million patient encounters annually.
